User-Generated Content: When you create content on Pin My Beauty (timelines, routines, reviews, notes), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.

Public vs. Private Content: Content you set to "public" may be visible to other users and search engines. Content set to "private" is only visible to you. You control the visibility settings of your profile, routines, and wishlists.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

11. Termination
